We are excited to announce the Annual Elliott Ice Skating Camp for 2024.  Once again, the holiday will be a blend of figure skating, skiing, family fun and entertainment. 

​

The figure skating camp will take place in the fabulous Andalo Ice Arena. The Ice Arena is an Olympic size ice pad set in the heart of the Italian village of Andalo. Overlooking the Ice Arena is the beautiful mountainous landscapes. 

​

Once again, the camp will be hosted by Carly and Sam Elliott. The camp will be two hours of ice skating lessons every day for six days. This will be Sunday to Friday 8.00am – 10.00am. The course content will consist of group lessons all based around figure skating and focus on jumps and spin techniques. Along with our group class warm ups to music, edge and power classes. We will host choreography sessions as well as an improvisation lesson.

The camp is a great way to spend time learning in a fun environment with friends and other skaters. We have the ice rink privately and the coaches will provide tuition for all standards and ages, making the seminar available to everyone. 

​

After the seminar there is a patch/public session. The public session runs from 10.00am - 12.00pm skaters can stay on to practice or take private lessons with Carly an Sam.

A boot room is provided for our group for the week to leave our equipment. This is a safe house for us for the week and we lock it up after the session.  

​

After the Ice skating is finished it leaves the rest of the day for other activities around the town and ski slopes. At this point the day is yours to break away and use Andalo as you wish. The mountain has fantastic family runs making it perfect for easy skiing and family fun days. The mountain has ski schools who can arrange tuition for ski lessons. 

​

This year will be special in the town of Andalo as it is carnival week. There will be host of activities and events on around Andalo to make the week even more entertaining.  

​

The food in Andalo is traditional Italian food and the restaurants and eateries do not disappoint. From pizzerias to ice cream parlors and cake and coffee shops.  There is something for everyone at all times.  

​

The hotel this year will be the fabulous La Perla Life situated in the heart of the village. It is situated near the gondola and a small distance walk from the Ice Arena making it the perfect location for our trip.  The La Perla Life Hotel is a beautifully decorated hotel providing us with excellent rooms. Breakfast and evening dinner is included in our price as well as access to their wellness center.

In the evenings we will have our evening meals together at around 7.30pm. This is a chance to socialize with everyone over diner. After diner if you have the energy after the day we move into the bar area where we play games and spend time as a group. 

​

The Elliott Andalo Camp is a fantastic holiday and figure skating camp for all ages and abilities.
